The First Annual Palm Desert Restaurant Week will launch on Monday, October 27th through Sunday, November 2nd, 2008. For one week, Monday to Sunday, all participating restaurants will offer a three-course prix fixe for not more than $39.95 per person all night. Each restaurant offers its own unique menu.
Organized by Driven Marketing, Lets Eat, and Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, Palm Desert Restaurant Week is designed to make dining out at local restaurants even more attractive. Restaurateurs give new and existing patrons the chance to experience their cuisine, décor and service at bargain prices once a year with a view to inspiring return dining year-round.
The inspiration for this event came from the successful Restaurant Weeks that runs annually throughout California. The joint regional marketing campaign was designated to garner positive publicity and additional business in the off-season.
